IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS: These can be booked online and take place at our base practice at Station ST Surgery, 45 Station St, Atherstone, CV9 1DB. At DM Family Health, we prioritize your health care training needs and strive to provide effective services. 

REMOTE CONSULTATIONS: Available for scheduling online, these consultations can be conducted via video or telephone, depending on your preference. 

HOME VISIT: These can be arranged by contacting us directly. We offer home visits within 5 miles of our base practice mentioned above. For an additional fee, we can travel up to 8 miles from our base to accommodate our clients.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: Our health training courses are designed to enhance your professional skills. We offer training in Basic life support, including AED and CPR use. We also offer training in how to manage anaphylaxis and the choking child.
